Clear pricing, no hidden administration charges, and no maintenance mark-ups.

Full Management Fee

8.5% + GST

Of rent collected. Includes day-to-day management, rent collection, arrears, inspections, owner reporting, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, compliance monitoring and annual rental review.

New Tenancy Fee

One week’s rent + GST

Includes advertising, viewings, tenant screening, reference checks, credit checks, tenancy agreement, bond lodgement and move-in inspection.

Our Fee Promise

We believe in simple, fair pricing. We do not charge commissions or mark-ups on maintenance invoices. We charge one fair management fee and earn it by delivering exceptional service.

Projects & Renovations

Large renovations, insurance work or project coordination are quoted separately and approved by the owner before work proceeds.

How often will inspections be completed?

Routine inspections are scheduled in line with tenancy requirements and your management plan. Reports include photos, maintenance notes and recommendations.
